Each month, she will have a different focus in order to spend time discovering multiple ways to approach the theme over the month.
October's theme - RELEASE. We will work examine what it means to release physically, spiritually, and emotionally in order to break out of old patterns. By releasing our expectations, we can explore the foundation of our truth and look inward to release what no longer serves us.
