We have created a little oasis in the heart of historic Abingdon to help yogis feel at peace, relax, and rejuvenate their mind and body. Using sustainable building methods, Whitetop Yoga offers students over 1000 square feet of practice space and a sophisticated and reasonable retail space carrying only eco-friendly yoga products and accessories. When we say we offer yoga for everyone, we mean it! Variety is certainly the theme of our class schedule with classes including, but not limited to, gentle and beginner classes, multi-level flow classes, and hot yoga. This schedule, combined with a selection of skilled and highly educated instructors who are truly passionate about yoga allows all levels of practitioners from any background to call Whitetop Yoga their home.
